BOOKING AND CANCELLATIONS

We like to be as seamless and easy as possible to work with! That being said, we understand that things can happen so please review our policy below and feel free to contact us at Hello@epicslumbers.com with any questions or concerns.

How and When should I book?
Booking is a breeze. Simply fill out our inquiry form with your desired experience and date and we’ll send you a quote within 2 business days, with all of the details.

We recommend booking 4 weeks in advance to ensure availability of your experience and date, but can accommodate last minute bookings subject to availability.

What is the booking procedure?

We require a 50% deposit and signed waiver to secure the date, which can be paid by cash, venmo or card. We will issue an invoice for the deposit followed by a final invoice due 7 days prior the the event date. The invoice will confirm the address, delivery and pick up times, number of tents, theme, any add-ons, total cost, deposit amount and remaining balance due.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations within 7 days prior to party date will result in loss of security deposit. Prior to a week’s notice we will do our best to reschedule your party subject to date/equipment availability.  Final guest headcount and guest names for personalized items are due 1 week prior to party.  We do not accept partial guest list cancellations within 7 days of party.  Personalized and custom items are non-refundable!


WHAT IS THE RENTAL PERIOD?

Standard rental period is approximately 19 – 24 hours.
For example: 2pm delivery/set up results in a 11am collection and pack up. Longer rental times can be negotiated, subject to availability.

DO YOU CHARGE A DELIVERY FEE?

Deliveries outside of the 15 mile radius of 97132 will incur delivery fees.  We typically only deliver within 30 minutes of Newberg, OR. Chat with us, and we will see what we can do!


What if I need to cancel or postpone?
If you need to cancel or change dates you must notify us at least 14 days prior to your event. A change of dates is based on availability. No refunds are granted for cancellations within 14 days of your event date. Feel free to contact us at Hello@epicslumbers.com with any questions or concerns.
